NORSEMAN PURCHASES COVER-ALL ASSETS
Business as usual at the former Cover-All plant in Saskatoon

SASKATOON, Saskatchewan – Norseman Group Ltd. is pleased to announce their purchase of the assets of
Cover-All Building Systems, effective June 11, 2010.

The acquisition of these assets has led to the creation of a new company, Norseman Structures Inc. (NSI).  Operations will resume within the next few weeks at the former Cover-All Saskatoon plant, as the objective of Norseman Structures is to continue supplying the largest network of fabric membrane building dealers in North America, Europe, Australia and New Zealand.  In the interim, the current Norseman Structures product line will be available through our existing operations in Edmonton, Alberta.

Norseman continues to be pleasantly surprised by the support received from both the former Cover-All employees and the dealer network. "The ownership and management of Norseman Group are excited to be part of the Saskatoon community, and we are looking forward to working with the outstanding team at Cover-All," said Ron Bryant, President of Norseman Group, after meeting with former Cover-All employees at a Town Hall meeting held Monday, May 31st.

With the acquisition of Cover-All assets, Norseman Structures Inc. will have the broadest product line, and one of the most extensive distribution networks for pre-engineered membrane structures in North America.
