Cover-All Buildings Are Resistant to Leaks Steel buildings use thousands of fasteners on their roofs which are subject to fail over time. This means thousands of penetrations and seams which may provide a channel for water to enter and air to escape.
The cover on a Cover-All® building is neither water nor air permeable. There are no penetrations through the cover to allow leaks and drips. On Cover-All's Legend® building series, the main cover is one piece and the innovative tie down system is mounted on the inside of the building. On the TITAN® building series, all panel seams are double overlapped and sealed.
"Our steel buildings continually need roof maintenance to stop leaks. One of our existing steel buildings is currently going through a roof refurbishment - the building is only 12 years old. When it hails, it's noisy and distracting to work in. In the Cover-All, it's a completely different environment, it doesn't feel damp and cold and when it rains or hails, it's almost soothing." - Lon Little, Kingdom Projects
