Order Management and DriveWorks Order management is our front line support team for all aspects of every building order entering our system. DriveWorks enables dealers to place building orders, get building drawings automatically and generate order specific pricing, complete with engineering information for foundation requirements or to assist in the building permit application.
Corporate Specifications Corporate specifications provides dealer support services on regional and national code inquiries. They ensure all certifications are in place garnering product acceptance.

Dealer Development Managers The dealer development managers are the primary resource for dealers, assisting them in business planning, facilitating dealer projects through our systems, technical training, program announcements, and logistics coordination. Our ddms also take the lead on in-house sales training, regional dealer meetings, educational seminars on installs and other technical training, and in-field support.
Warranty Program The claims department works closely with all dealers on supporting our industry leading product quality. Included with our warranty program, installation photos are reviewed and recommendations passed to the dealer on installation improvements where required.
In-house Engineering and Product Development The product design team works to maintain our industry leading product position with leading edge products and continuous improvement of existing products. Engineer sealed drawings are available as required for projects.
Shipping and Logistics Our traffic department provides freight quoting and the planning and coordination of all Cover-All product shipments. They work with an international network of freight forwarders providing both security and long term price stability.
Product Document Library The product document library is our online dealer intranet where reference materials are stored online for easy dealer access, 24/7/365. Included online are technical building information, marketing programs, building images and other valuable resources.
