Building Features
The patented Cover-All® Legend® Building Series (LBS) design allows for an open and airy clear-span structure utilizing a high-strength steel framework supporting the fabric membrane outer cover. Although engineered for permanent use, they can be moved with relative ease and assembled where they are needed most. Legend® buildings are designed for quick installs and can be installed in less time than conventional structures, depending on the scope of the project. These buildings are designed with a continuous arch all the way around, allowing for even tension and a smooth support of the cover, eliminating wear points that could cause the cover to stress or loosen and ensures maximum structural load capacity. Legend® buildings are engineered to maximize the strength of every component. Extensive ongoing tests of the engineering and individual components ensures that each structural part is complimentary in weight and strength, and in combination, create a sound, secure steel framework. Cover-All® buildings are manufactured at our ISO 9001:2000 certified manufacturing facility.

Models and Sizes Available
Cover-All® Legend® buildings are available in widths from 18 to 82 feet (5.4 to 24.9m), and can be manufactured to any length. The modular design also allows you to extend the building at any time to meet your changing needs. Engineer sealed drawings are available, ensuring building integrity satisfies local codes and permit requirements.

Legend® Building Series - Widths: 18', 19', 30', 32', 36', 40', 42', 50', 55', 62' (5.4m, 5.7m, 9.1m, 9.7m, 10.9m, 12.1m, 12.8m, 15.2m, 16.7m, 18.8m) Constructed of welded truss arches with parallel 2.375" (6.0cm) diameter steel tubes spaced 12" (30.4cm) apart and strengthened by 1” (2.5cm) diameter structural webbing.

Legend® Building Series - Widths: 65', 70', 72', 82' (19.8m, 21.3m, 21.9m, 24.9m)
Constructed of welded truss arches with parallel 2.875' (7.3cm) diameter steel tubes spaced 24'' (60.9cm) apart and strengthened by 1'' (2.5cm) diameter structural webbing.
Main structural support trusses form a continuous arch. The structure is completely clear-span with no interior supports. Bay spacing is available in 16', 14', 12', 10', and 8' (4.8m, 4.2m, 3.6m, 3.0m, 2.4m) to meet snow and wind load requirements.

Building Materials
DuraWeave® Fabric Covers
Cover-All"s high performance DuraWeave® covers are virtually maintenance free. The patented double stack weave provides high strength to weight ratios and tremendous rip, tear, and puncture resistance. The patented WinchLoc™ system provides extraordinary cover-fastening strength. With a series of 10,000 lb. winches and zero-stretch belting and/or cables, covers stay tight and secure. DuraWeave® and DuraWeave® FR covers are backed by 15 and 10 year limited pro rata warranties respectively.

ViperSteel® Framework
Our framework is constructed with ViperSteel® and clad with triple coated Gatorshield® corrosion barrier. Independent salt spray tests show that Gatorshield® provides a service life three times longer than conventional galvanized steel. All welds are shotblasted and finished with a state-of-the-art molten zinc anti-corrosion process unique to Cover-All. Steel framework is backed by the same outstanding 15 year limited pro rata warranty as our DuraWeave® covers.

Foundation Options
Foundation options are varied and may include, but are not limited to: concrete piles, floating blocks, concrete or steel walls, and earth anchors. Specific foundation applications are dependent on site conditions. Refer to a foundation engineer for the specific requirements for your building project.
